Serve Boxes
Why this drill
Serve practice without chasing a single ball. Chalk targets turn wall serving from vague rehearsal into placement training — and placement, not pace, is what holds serve at club level.
Setup
Chalk two boxes on the wall, each about a meter wide, their bottom edges at net height — one to your left (the "T" target) and one to your right (the "wide" target). Stand at least twelve meters back, more if you have room.
The drill
Serve ten balls at the right box, ten at the left, full service motion every time. Score each set out of ten. Between sets, hit five toss-only reps: toss, let it drop, check it lands a forearm's length in front of your lead foot. Two full rounds; log all four scores.

The ball goes where the toss allows. Fix a wild serve by fixing the toss first.
