Around the World Serving

SoloNTRP 3.0–4.015 minserve

Why this drill

The four-corners drill reformatted as a quest: hit each target in sequence, and a miss holds you at your station. The format manufactures pressure — every serve matters, exactly like the second serve at 30–40.

Setup

Hopper of balls, four targets in the service-box corners: deuce-wide, deuce-T, ad-wide, ad-T.

The drill

Advance around the world in order — you move to the next target only after hitting the current one (target or its cone-width). Count total serves needed to complete all four. Two full trips. Log the counts; under twenty serves a trip is solid, under twelve is excellent.

One thought to take on court

Treat every serve as the only one you get — full routine, full breath, full commitment, every time.
